RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHECK-IN

All tour guests are required to check-in at the bar at minimum, 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time. Late arrivals may lose their spot to guests on the waiting list, and missed tours due to lateness are non-refundable. Tickets may be purchased online up to two hours prior to tour time, subject to availability. Walk-ins are welcome to inquire about availability at the bar. We reserve the right to contact you about your reservation.

As a working distillery, tours are subject to change or cancellation due to production needs, weather, or safety. If we cancel your reservation, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. While we strive to show our full process, access to specific areas depends on daily distillery operations. 

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Service fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the tour time will be eligible for a one-time rescheduling credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour  are non-refundable. 

Joining a tour after it has already started is not permitted. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but placement on the next tour is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the tour operator. No refunds will be issued in the event of late arrival resulting in a missed tour.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please ensure you book directly through us, as tickets from unauthorized sources are void. This reservation cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued, at the time and place of issue. This reservation is not redeemable for cash. One ticket per person is required for entry. To secure your spot, we require full payment upon reservation. Your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover) will be billed once you click 'Confirm' on the final page. Please note that all pricing is in USD and all scheduled times follow Central Time. Reservations are non-transferrable.

In conformance with local requirements and rules certain items may not be brought into the event premises, including, but not limited to, firearms or other weapons, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, and commercial or professional recording devices. Leatherwood Distillery is a smoke-free facility. This includes smokeless tobacco, e-cigarettes and vapor devices. Smoking is not permitted on tours/experiences.

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate in any spirit tasting and understand that a valid photo ID is required for verification. According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Please drink responsibly.

Leatherwood Distillery management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with facility safety rules. Any violation of these policies will result in the immediate termination of your tour or event access without a refund.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by the tour guide and distillery staff. I understand that for my safety, I must:

• Remain within designated guest areas and walking paths.
• Wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes are highly recommended).
• Refrain from touching any valves, piping, or hot surfaces. 

Leatherwood Distillery reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises who fails to follow safety protocols, disrupts the tour experience for others, or exhibits signs of excessive intoxication. 

During the tour you may experience temperature fluctuation and strong smells. If at any time you are uncomfortable during the tour, please inform your guide immediately for safe removal from the tour.

By joining us at Leatherwood Distillery, you agree that your image, likeness, or voice may be used by the distillery or its partners in photographs, videos, and other digital media for marketing and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation. We encourage you to capture your experience on the tour. Photography and video for personal use are permitted in most areas. However, to protect our production process and for guest safety, we may designate certain 'sensitive areas' where cameras are not allowed. Guests who do not comply with these safety requests may be asked to leave the tour without a refund.

In consideration of being permitted to tour the facilities, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Leatherwood Distillery, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while on the premises.
